This isn't snow..... its sand deposited on the neighborhood by Sandy. As you all have seen, the East Coast has had some disastrous weather. Unfortunately, winter is just setting in. We are making quilts and accepting donated quilts for as many of the victims of Sandy as we can. If you are interested in helping, please drop off quilts to us so we can send them to these people who have lost everything. Our first shipment will go out on November 16. If you can't make that deadline, we will be shipping again at the end of November, other shipping dates will be determined. Please tell your friends, anyone who wants to donate is welcome. Let's see how many quilts we can send. If you have fabrics that you want to supply for others to use to make, that is appreciated as well. We all have stashes, and usually have items we aren't sure what we are going to do with. Everyone has their own story and needs, if you can help donate, please let us know or drop off items.
